Today we did "Tailors"

There are highly skilled tailors here in Dhaka. A great thing to do is to bring a sample of an item you like and they will remake the item with great precision. You pick a fabric, you leave the sample item and a few days later you pick it up. We did one stop for Steven and one for me. We will pick up on Friday!

First stop: "Goldstar" on Elephant road - Menswear. Steven ordered two suits and a single jacket.

 

 

Then it was my turn. We went to "´Bristi Tailors" in Dhanmondi. Bristi means raín. While we were there it started to rain...

I ordered a number of dresses and shirts. To be honest I dont remember how many... It was just many...
